Neurometry Care — For NHS, Care Homes & Research

A cloud-native clinical platform providing longitudinal cognitive dashboards, digital biomarker outputs, and population-level analytics for clinical teams. Built on FHIR/HL7-compatible architecture with AWS infrastructure, SSO, and API access.

Features:

  • Remote patient monitoring dashboards

  • Digital cognitive biomarker outputs

  • Longitudinal recovery trajectory modelling

  • Population-level analytics for research teams

  • FHIR/HL7-compatible architecture

  • AWS cloud-native, SSO, API-ready

  • Research modules for clinical studies

Neurometry has established pilot partnerships and active delivery planning with NHS Cornwall, and South London & Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust. Academic collaboration with NIHR Brain Health Research Centre.

NeuroPlay — For Individuals and Families - Patient-Facing Data Layer

Our mobile app through which individuals, families and patients generate longitudinal cognitive signal. Clinically validated, non-verbal cognitive tasks — originally engineered to eliminate literacy bias in cognitive assessment — run on standard devices at home after discharge.

The non-verbal task design makes NeuroPlay uniquely suited to post-stroke aphasia: patients who cannot reliably complete verbal assessments can engage fully and generate valid longitudinal data. This is not a UX accommodation. It is a principled clinical design with direct relevance to stroke and acquired brain injury pathways.

All NeuroPlay interactions feed directly into Neurometry Care, creating the longitudinal signal base for digital biomarker generation and recovery trajectory modelling.

Feature Callouts

  • Clinically validated cognitive tasks (RCT-backed, IP secured from University of Bern Psychiatry Hospital)

  • Non-verbal by design — suitable for aphasia, literacy barriers, multilingual populations

  • HealthKit-integrated wearable biomarkers (sleep, HRV, activity) — live

  • Language-independent, works on older devices and low bandwidth

  • Family monitoring and visual progress dashboards

FROM GAMEPLAY TO DIGITAL BIOMARKERS

Turning Play into Insight

Every interaction within NeuroPlay generates anonymised cognitive signals — reaction times, accuracy patterns, error correction, and learning curves. This bridges the gap between engaging experience and clinical insight. Neurometry translates these signals into:

  • Digital cognitive biomarkers

  • Longitudinal recovery trajectories

  • Population-level analytics for research

  • Objective outcome measures for interventions

WHO BENEFITS MOST

Designed for Real-World Cognitive Recovery

  • Stroke survivors and their families

  • Individuals with mild cognitive impairment from varied causes

  • Neuropsychiatric and post-ICU care pathways that includes occupational and physiotherapists delivering rehabilitation

  • Clinical and academic research teams

SAFETY, VALIDATION & ETHICS

Designed for Real-World Cognitive Recovery

  • Clinically validated task design

  • GDPR-compliant data handling

  • Not a diagnostic tool—supports clinical decision-making

  • Designed with clinicians, researchers, and patients

  • A future CE-marked decision-support pathway is under evaluation.

Neurometry's architecture is designed for extensibility. Clinical and academic research teams can propose and contribute validated cognitive tasks or games — targeting specific domains, conditions, or patient populations. Approved contributions are integrated into the platform; contributing teams receive anonymised longitudinal data and a validated index measure in return.

Current and planned domain coverage spans stroke, acquired brain injury, neuropsychiatry, neurodegeneration, learning disability, paediatric care, and post-ICU recovery pathways.
