Mission
Neurometry was built from lived experience. A grandmother whose first symptom of dementia was losing her second language — mistaken for shyness by a family who assumed she was simply quiet. A founder whose own cognitive differences went undiagnosed for years, until the right clinical framework was finally applied. A shareholder who, three years after stroke, pieced together her own recovery pattern through online communities — because no clinical infrastructure followed her home after discharge.
These are not edge cases. They are the everyday reality of cognitive illness — poorly measured, frequently misread, and largely invisible beyond the clinic door.
Neurometry exists to change that. We build longitudinal, multimodal cognitive measurement infrastructure for NHS clinical pathways — and put the same data in the hands of patients, carers, and families. Because the gap doesn't close at discharge. It widens.
