HealthKit and wearable data are only accessed after user authorization and may be disconnected at any time through your device settings.

NeuroPlay does not sell health data.

These features are private account-based tools designed to support connected cognitive and wellness support.
NeuroPlay does not provide a public social network, public user posting system, or public community content platform.
Users control whether account information is shared with connected caregiver or family-linked accounts.

Subscriptions

NeuroPlay may offer monthly and annual auto-renewable subscriptions through Apple App Store or Google Play.
Subscription pricing, free trial periods, renewal terms, and cancellation information are displayed before purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Payments are processed through Apple or Google payment systems. Neurometry does not directly store full payment card information.

Data Security
Neurometry uses commercially reasonable safeguards to protect user information, including secure cloud infrastructure, encrypted communications, and access controls.
