Request Account Deletion

If you would like to delete your NeuroPlay account and all associated personal data, you can submit a request using the method below.

 

How to request deletion

Send an email to info@neurometry.co.uk with the subject line:
"Account Deletion Request — NeuroPlay"
Please include the following in your email:
The email address associated with your NeuroPlay account
Your full name

 

What happens next

We will acknowledge your request within 72 hours
Your account and all associated personal data will be permanently deleted within 30 days
You will receive a confirmation email when deletion is complete

What data will be deleted

Upon a verified deletion request, Neurometry will permanently delete:
Your account details — name and email address
All cognitive game session data associated with your account
Your personal wellness summary and score history
All health and fitness data associated with your account

What we cannot delete

Anonymised, aggregated research data that cannot be linked back to your identity may be retained for research purposes in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
 

Important information

Once your account is deleted it cannot be recovered. If you wish to use NeuroPlay again after deletion you will need to create a new account.

NeuroPlay account deletion requests are processed by Neurometry Ltd in accordance with GDPR Article 17 — the Right to Erasure.
